We utilize leadership techniques based on organic work and mindfulness to create agendas of transformational work in group dynamics. We challenge individuals' mindsets, structures, habits, and behaviors to shift their old patterns and agendas that are no longer serving the group. By diving into these modifications, new models are created for change and growth. Shifting the structure can create change in policies, resources, relationships, power dynamics, and values.
