We cannot demand a better world if vulnerable and disadvantaged communities do not possess knowledge and resources to better themselves and their communities. BDC International can serve as a bridge for those in need by providing them with the tools and support necessary to reach self-sufficiency.

I worked as part of a team that distributed and monitored funding to small, remote villages in Sonora, Mexico. I also educated the women there about economic development and resources for growing their own businesses.

With the support of leadership techniques, conflict resolution approaches mindfulness principles and emotional intelligence. I work with low-income families on a very personal level to create a road map to empower their own growth potential and support their own systems of change whichever that will be.
From creating steps to leave domestic violence, creating a small business to be self-sufficient, or simply make changes on how the decisions we take to resolve conflicts within our families or our neighborhoods are positive approaches for change.
