Leadership & Family

Leadership starts at home. Our parents for example, set the tone by leading the family and demostraining their beliefs and values. They were our first models of leadership. Whether these leaders were present or not greatly impacts our lives. For these reasons, we can say the family is an important place to start working on planting the seeds for better leaders, by teaching our children the value of respect, compassion, education, and love for our world and all of the people living in it.
