Leadership starts at home. Our parents for example, set the tone to lead our family and to show as the road to their beliefs, values. They were our first models of leadership. Whether this leaders were present or not they set the tone of our lives. Because these reasons, we can say the family as an important place to start working on planting the seeds for better leaders, by teaching our children the value of respect, compassion, education, and love for our world and all of the people live in.
